SHIPPING IN GREECE

We offer free shipping on all orders within Greece.

Most orders ship out within 2-7 business days of ordering and credit verification, but we work hard to get all orders out as quickly as possible.

Orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday only. No orders are processed or shipped on the weekends or national holidays.

We are working with ACS Courier.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

The shipping rate varies according to your Country. Most orders ship out within 2-7 business days of ordering and credit verification, but we work hard to get all orders out as quickly as possible.

We are working with DHL and UPS.

Unfortunately, for orders outside the EU, your order total does not reflect the duties and taxes that will be charged to you upon delivery by the shipping carrier. Payment of these is required to release your order from customs. Duties and taxes are calculated based on the item(s) ordered, your shipment destination and the value of your purchase. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Duties and taxes are non-refundable.

If for any reason your package has been refused at customs, we are unable to refund you the original shipping costs and/or any taxes and duties incurred.

Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and major public holidays. NAZEZHDA shall not be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond our control.

ORDER CANCELLATION/ MODIFICATION

For any order cancellation/modification of your order, or change of address or payment, you may contact us via email nazezhdabclothing@gmail.com

This option is available until the moment that you have been informed of the shipment of your order by email. After this point no cancellations or changes to your order are possible.
