RETURN POLICY
RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY
If for any reason you are not satisfied with a purchase, the item(s) can be returned for a product exchange, size exchange, store credit or refund within 5 days of the order’s FIRST DELIVERY ATTEMPT date.
In order for returns to be accepted, all items must be in perfect condition with security tag and original packaging.
Returns will not be accepted for items that have been labelled NON-RETURNABLE in the product description.
NAZEZHDALimited Collections reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent in accordance with the return policy detailed online. In the case of unauthorized or non-standard returns, the merchandise will be returned to the shipping address specified in the original order.
Products that are os sale or on offer are not returnable or exchangeable.
PRODUCT/ SIZE EXCHANGE
Items can be exchanged for a different size or an alternative style.
REFUND
Refunds will be processed as soon as returned items have been checked and accepted and will be completed approximately within 8-10 business days.
Please not that we do not offer a refund, for orders that the gift option was selected at the checkout. In that case we offer only, product/size exchange and store credit.
RETURN FEES
We accept returns within Greece at a flat rate of 5 euros , if you choose to send your parcel through ACS Courier Services.
We accept exchanges only within Greece. This service is free.
Send us your parcel, choosing recipient's charge. If you choose a courier company other than ACS for your return, you will be burdened with the shipping cost. This policy is limited to one exchange per order.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
If for any reason you are not satisfied with a purchase and you wish to return one or more items of your order, you simply have
1. Pack the products you wish to return
2. Fill out the return form (on the back side of the receipt) and include it your parcel. You can also find the return form in the following link
No exchanges are made to the products that are on sale, except in size if this is available.
